Together with the word oikos and the Greek "nomos" meaning "inheritance", a word meaning economy is derived, which is a fundamental concept in human relations. The word ecology is also based on the word oikos. The main idea of ​​the project is that this new campus is a home not only for students and academics, but also for plants, animals and all non-human actors that make up the campus ecosystem, and that this new home can establish socio-ecological relations and continuities with the world we live in. In this respect, "continuity" does not only cover structural comfort with a technological instrumentality, as in the common sustainability understanding, but also includes many layers of environmental, social, material, vital, functional, visual and ecological.
